Elore created Navigo's brand identity and built a rider app and a driver app for iOS and Android, along with a management dashboard and a ride-hailing website. At Elore, the approach is simple: learn the business first, plan with purpose, then build everything as one connected system. The work began by understanding how Navigo works day to day, from how riders book to how drivers receive trips, and studying leading ride-hailing platforms to see where Navigo could stand out. That led to one simple idea: be ready for every ride. The brand identity and logo were created first, followed by simple UI/UX flows for riders, drivers and the Navigo team. Then came the iOS and Android ride-hailing apps, a management dashboard and a responsive ride-hailing website. The result is a platform that feels easy and dependable at every step, from the first tap to the final drop-off, and is ready to grow with Navigo.
A brand built to move
The full Navigo brand was created from the ground up, beginning with a bold wordmark in clean, wide letters that look modern and confident. Inside the "A", a sharp arrow points forward, capturing the brand's promise of moving people smoothly from A to B. A simple "N" symbol was also designed to fit neatly inside the rider app icon, while the driver app has its own version with a "Drivers" label, so both sides of the service feel connected but are easy to tell apart.
The color palette brings the brand to life. Turquoise adds a fresh and friendly energy, mint green brings a calm and reliable feel, and black adds strength and a premium touch. Together, they help Navigo stand out on the road and on every screen. To finish the look, a pattern of arrows carries the idea of movement across the apps, the website and all brand materials.
Built to keep drivers moving
Elore designed and built the Navigo driver app for iOS and Android. It has its own look, with a dedicated "N Drivers" icon that is easy to spot and stays connected to the Navigo brand. Drivers receive ride requests in real time, follow their route on the map and manage their day from one simple screen, so they can focus on the road. The app links directly to the management dashboard, keeping drivers and the Navigo team in sync. The driver pages on the website were also designed in the same style, where new drivers can learn how to join and download the app in a few clicks.
Designed to make every ride simple
The Navigo rider app was also designed and built for iOS and Android. Booking takes just a few taps: riders enter a pickup point and destination, choose a date and time, and see the route on a live map before confirming. Automatic confirmations keep them updated, so they always know what to expect.
The app uses the Navigo colours, arrow style and clean layout, matching the driver app and the website for a connected experience from the first tap to the final drop-off. Riders can also book online or download the app from the Navigo website, where the rider pages were designed to match the app, so every visit feels easy, clear and welcoming.
Navigo has grown from an emerging ride-hailing brand into a trusted, high-performing platform, with a strong rise in website traffic and ride bookings, now supported by a connected website and apps that make every booking quick and easy.
